informs
that
it has
carrie
d out
the
purchase
transactions
reported
below,
pursuant
to
article
2,
paragraph
3 of
Delegated
Regulation
(EU)
2016/1052.
The
transactions
were
carried
out by
Equita
SIM S.p.A.
in its
capacity
as the
intermediary
appointed
to
execute

programme
in
full
independence
and

no
involvement
