PUBLICATION OF THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
Basiliano (Udine), 22 September 2026 – I.CO.P. S.p.A. Società Benefit (“ICOP ” or the “ Company ”), announces that the Company’s Articles of Association, whose entry into force was subject to the start of trading of ICOP’s shares on Euronext Milan, have been registered today with the Companies Register of Pordenone -Udine.
They have been made available to the public, in accordance with applicable regulations, at the registered office, on the Company's website at www.icop.it , section Governance /documents Governance Articles of Association, and on the authorized centralized storage mechanism E -Market Storage (https://www.emarketstorage.it/it .).
