Rekeep S.p.A.: The Board of Directors approves the Consolidated Half -year Financial Report at 30 June 2026
Consolidated highlights for the 1st half of 2026 (compared to the 1st half of 2025):
• Revenue : €641.8 million , compared to €622.1 million at 30 June 202 5;
• Adjusted EBITDA : €53.7 million , compared to €56.2 million at 30 June 202 5;
• Adjusted2 EBIT : €30.9 million , compared to €40.7 million at 30 June 202 5;
• Net result: a loss of €1 0.1 million , compared to a loss of € 0.2 million at 30 June 202 5;
• Net Financial Indebtedness : €531.0 million , showing a slight improvement compared to €537.5 million at 30 June 2025;
• Tendered and renewed existing contracts : €244 million , compared to €295 million at 30
June 2025;
• Tenders in which the company has participated and for which a n award is pending : €4.9 billion , compared to €3.4 billion at 30 June 2025;
• Total backlog of tendered and renewed existing contracts : €2.6 billion , compared to €2.3 billion at 30 June 202 5.
Zola Predosa (Bologna), 27 August 202 6 – The Board of Directors of Rekeep S.p.A. (“Rekeep ”), parent company of the leading Italian group operating in the Integrated Facility Management sector, met today under the chairmanship of Claudio Levorato, and examined and approved the Consolidated Half -year Financial Report at 30 June 2026 , which showed revenue growth and, looking ahead, growth in its total portfolio.
Rekeep Group main Consolidated Results at 30 June 2026 At 30 June 2026, Revenue for the Rekeep Group stood at €641.8 million , compared to € 622.1 million at 30 June 202 5, in particular thanks to growth in international markets.
Adjusted
1 EBITDA2 amounted to €53.7 million at 30 June 2026 , compared to €56.2 million recorded at 30 June 2025.
Adjusted1 EBIT stood at €30.9 million at 30 June 2026 , compared to €40.7 million achieved at 30 June 2025.
Net result at 30 June 2026 posted a loss of €10.1 million , compared to a loss of €0.2 million at 30 June 2025.
Net Financial Indebtedness at 30 June 2026 amounted to €531.0 million , showing a slight improvement compared to €537.5 million at 30 June 2025. At 31 December 2025, it was equal to €520.2 million.
Business highlights
As at 30 June 2026, the Rekeep Group won tendered contracts and renewed existing contracts generating new orders for a long- term overall amount of a pproximately €244 million , compared to €295 million at 30 June 2025. In particular, the value of the contracts awarded in the healthcare sector was equal to a pproximately 51% of total.
The value of tenders in which the company has participated and for which an award is pending at 30 June 2026 totaled € 4.9 billion , compared to € 3.4 billion at 30 June 2025, thanks to the revival of business activity.
The Rekeep Group’s total backlog of tendered and renewed existing contracts at 30 June 202 6 was equal to €2.6 billion , compared to €2.3 billion at 30 June 202 5.
Significant events at 30 June 202 6 On 5 May 2026 , the Rekeep Group announced the finalization, through its subsidiary Rekeep World, of a consortium contract for the design, construction, and operation of a hospital in Uzbekistan, in the Fergana region. The contract, awarded by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the support of the country’s Ministry of Economy and Finance, has a term of 20 years, and a total value of approximately €80 million attributable to the Group . Under the contract, the Rekeep Group will provide - without any equity investment - maintenance, facility management, and medical equipment upkeep services , ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical quality. S ervices will begin to be provided in 2029, upon the expected completion of construction works.
Significant events after 30 June 2026 On 10 July 2026 , the Shareholders’ Meeting of Rekeep convened in ordinary session, and appointed the members of the new Board of Directors, which subsequently met, and proceeded with making the appointments and conferring authority and powers, appointing Claudio Levorato as Executive Chairman of the Company , and granting him all key delegated Corporate and Business responsibilities.
