Bolzano, July 7, 2026 – Please be advised that, on today's date, the Board of Directors of Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano, chaired by Gerhard Brandstätter, has appointed Gabriele Rosin, Manager responsible for preparing the company's accounting documents pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998, and Mario Cappelletti, Manager responsible for attesting the conformity of the Sustainability Reporting pursuant to art. 154-bis, co. 5-ter, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998.
The appointments were resolved by the Board of Directors, with the prior favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, having verified the possession of the requirements provided for by law and by the Articles of Association. Rechnungslegungsunterlagen der
Gesellschaft gemäß Art. 154-bis des gesetzesvertretenden Dekrets Nr. 58 vom 24. Februar 1998 sowie Mario Cappelletti zum Verantwortlichen für die Bestätigung der Konformität der
Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung gemäß
Art. 154-bis, Abs. 5-ter, des gesetzesvertretenden Dekrets Nr. 58 vom 24. Februar 1998 ernannt hat.
Die Ernennungen wurden vom Verwaltungsrat nach vorheriger positiver Stellungnahme des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, nachdem das Vorliegen der gesetzlich und satzungsmäßig

Gabriele Rosin, who holds a degree in Law from the University of Trieste, has gained significant experience in the administration, finance, and control areas through a multi-year career that began at Cassa di Risparmio di Gorizia and continued at Banca di Cividale in roles of increasing responsibility, having held the positions of Manager responsible for preparing the company's accounting documents and Deputy General Manager. Mario Cappelletti, who holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Verona, is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, head of the Accounting Tax & Planning Directorate of the Sparkasse Group, and has gained significant experience in the administration, finance, and control areas through a multi-year career that began at Banca Popolare dell’Alto Adige, then continued at Hypo Tirol Bank, and subsequently at Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano in roles of increasing responsibility.
