Firenze, September 11th, 2026 – El.En. s.p.a., a leading company in the laser market, listed on the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") market of Borsa Italiana hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the Half -Yearly Financial Report as of 30th June 2026 including the Review report on the interim condensed consolidated financial statements of the Legal Independent Auditors is deposited, available to the public, at the Company's registered headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website www.elengroup.com in the section "Investor Relations / Reports and Financial Statements / 2026 and on the authorized storage site www.emarketstorage.com .
The notice of filing will be published tomorrow, September 12th, 2026, in the newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".
