Íslandsbanki has today concluded the sale of a new Tier 2 bond, ISB T2 36, for ISK 1,400m. Total demand amounted to ISK 3,300m.
The new series ISB T2 36 was sold for an amount of ISK 1,400m at 1 Month REIBOR +1,02%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 3,300m at a spread to 1 month REIBOR ranging from +0.79% to +2.00%.
ISB T2 36 is a floating-rate bond bearing interest at a rate linked to 1-month REIBOR, with interest paid monthly and one payment of principal at maturity (hereinafter the "Bonds"). The Bonds’ final maturity date is 24 September 2036 with a first call date in September 2031 and on every interest payment date thereafter.
The Bonds are expected to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on 24 September 2026.
