SIBS AB (publ) ("SIBS") today announces the successful completion of the written procedure that was initiated on 21 July 2026 (the "Written Procedure") in relation to SIBS' senior secured floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0023112487 (the "Bonds"), regarding a request for the holders of the Bonds to approve certain proposed changes of the Group's capital structure and certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds and related measures, including, among other things, an equity raise, a reduction of the aggregate outstanding nominal amount, an extension of the maturity date and certain amendments to the interest rate, amortisation provisions, financial covenants and other undertakings (the "Request").
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the Written Procedure in order to form a quorum, and the requisite majority of the bondholders voted in favour of the Request.
The Request shall be effective in accordance with the terms of the Written Procedure.
