Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of MatvareExpressen AS from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Growth Oslo Rule Book II section 3.17.2 (2), Oslo Børs ASA has on 24. July 2026 made the following resolution: “The shares of MatvareExpressen AS will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of 28. July 2026. The last day of trading will be 27. July 2026”
