VARIABLE CONSIDERATION IN FAVOR OF JUVENTUS
Turin, 2 2 July 2026 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that, following the permanent transfer of player Tarik Muharemovic by US Sassuolo Calcio to Leeds United FC, completed on 16 July 2026, Juventus has become entitled to receive a consideration (the so -called “sell-on fee”) pursuant to the contractual agreements entered into with Sassuolo in August 2024 in connection with the transfer of the registration rights of the player to that club.
The transaction generates a positive economic impact on the current financial year equal to ca. €17.4 million, net of ancillary costs.
