UNIDATA: COMMUNICATION OF PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Roma, 13 July 2026 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI) , operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as part of the treasury share buyback program communicated to the market on 11 May 202 6 and launched on 12 May 2026, announces that it has purchased on the Euronext Milan Market – STAR Segment in the period between 6 July 2026 and 10 July 2026 inclusive , a total of no. 800 treasury shares (corresponding to approximately 0.0026% of the share capital), at an average price equal to about € 2.94 and for a total value of € 2,348.00.
