RIEPILOGO OPERAZIONI AZIONI PROPRIE

Nell’ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie di TXT e -solutions S.p. A. approvato dall’Assemblea degli Azionisti in data 2 9 aprile 202 6, la Società comunica le seguenti operazioni relative ad azioni ordinarie TXT e -solu-
tions, ai sensi dell’art. 87 -bis della Delibera Consob n. 11971/1999 (“Regolamento Emittenti”).
RIEPILOGO OPERAZIONI AL 24 LUGLIO 2026
Sono state trasferite le seguenti azioni proprie : in data 20 luglio 2026 n. 35.265 al prezzo convenuto di € 31,91 per azione, per dare seguito agli impegni di pagamento assunti da TXT in forza del contratto di compravendita sottoscritto in data 4 mag-
gio 2026 per l’acquisto del 100% della società NetMediaClick S.r.l.;
Alla data del 24 luglio 2026 la Società detiene n. 385.152 azioni proprie pa ri al 2,9612 % del capitale sociale.

On 24 July 2026 the Company has n. 385.152 own shares in Treasury stock which amount to 2,9612 % of the current share capital.
