TECNIMONT (MAIRE) SI AGGIUDICA ATTIVITÀ DI INGEGNERIA
PER UN PROGETTO DI MONETIZZAZIONE DEL GAS
IN SUD AMERICA, UN FRONT -END-ENGINEERING DESIGN
PER UN IMPIANTO LNG IN ASIA E ALTRI CONTRATTI
PER UN VALORE COMPLESSIVO DI CIRCA €110 MILIONI
• Tecnimont realizzerà attività di ingegneria preliminare a supporto di un progetto strategico di monetizzazione del gas su larga scala in Sud America, che è previsto evolva nella fase EPC , e un Front -End Engineering Design per un impianto LNG per un primario cliente in Asia Milano, 27 agosto 2026 – MAIRE (MAIRE.MI) annuncia nuovi ordini e lavori aggiuntivi relativi a contratti precedentemente assegnati nella business unit Integrated E&C Solutions (IE&CS) per un valore complessivo di circa € 110 milioni, riferiti a progetti localizzati in Sud America, Europa e Asia.
In particolare, Tecnimont si è aggiudicata un contratto di ingegneria preliminare a supporto di un’iniziativa di monetizzazione del gas su larg a scala in Sud America. Lo scopo del lavoro include le attività di ingegneria necessarie a definire il quadro tecnico del progetto, ponendo le basi per le successive fasi di sviluppo. Subordinatamente alla Decisione Finale di Investimento (FID) , è previsto che il progetto evolva nella fase EPC, rafforzando il ruolo di Tecnimont lungo l’intero ciclo di vita del progetto. L’impianto costituirà una componente chiave dell’infrastruttura midstream necessaria a trattare il gas naturale prima della liquefazione e dell’esportazione verso i mercati internazionali dell’LNG.
Inoltre, Tecnimont è stata selezionata da un primario cliente in Asia per realizzare un Front -
End-Engineering Design (FEED) per un impianto LNG, consolidando il proprio posizionamento in questo segmento strategico.

FOR A GAS MONETIZATION PROJECT IN SOUTH AMERICA,
A FRONT -END -ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR AN LNG PLANT IN ASIA
AND OTHER CONTRACTS FOR A TOTAL VALUE
OF APPROXIMATELY €110 MILLION
• Tecnimont will carry out early engineering activities to support a strategic, large -scale gas monetization project in South America, which is expected to progress into the EPC phase, and a Front -End-Engineering Design for an LNG plant for a Tier -1 client in Asia
Milan, 27 August 2026 – MAIRE (MAIRE.MI) announces new awards and additional works related to previously granted contracts in the Integrated E&C Solutions (IE&CS) business unit for a total amount of approximately € 110 million , for projects located across South America, Europe , and Asia.
In particular, Tecnimont has been awarded an early engineering contract supporting a large -
scale gas monetization initiative in South America. The scope of work covers the engineering activities required to define the project's technical framework, laying the groundwork for its subsequent development phases. Subject to a Final Investment Decision, the project is expected to progress into the EPC phase, reinforcing Tecnimont's role across the full project lifecycle. The plant will constitute a key component of the midstream infrastructure required to process natural gas ahe ad of liquefaction and export to international LNG markets.
Additionally, Tecnimont has been selected by a Tier -1 client in Asia to carry out a Front -End Engineering Design (FEED) for an LNG plant, strengthening its positioning in this strategic business segment.
