COMMUNICATION OF PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Milan, 20 July 2026 – SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment (“ SYS-DAT ” or the “ Company ”) (SYS.MI ), a leading Italian ICT company that develops and provides innovative software solutions for key industrial sectors and the service market, as part of the treasury share buyback program communicated to the market on 22 April 2026 and launched on 30 April 2026, announces that it has purchased on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, in the period between 13 July 2026 and 17 July 2026 inclusive, 33,490 own ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005595423) (corresponding to approximately 0.1070% of the share capital), at an average price equal to about € 6.07 and for a total value of € 203,434.78.
Following up on what has already been communicated to the market, the purchases have the sole purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the incentive plan called "Stock Option Plan 2024-2026," approved by the SYS-DAT assembly on March 21, 2024, and subsequently amended on April 15, 2024.
Based on the information provided by the authorized intermediary Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., the summary of the purchase transactions on Euronext Milan – STAR segment is shown below, on a daily basis, in aggregate form, and, as attachment, in detailed form:
