PRESS RELEASE
COMMUNICATION OF PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Milan, 27 July 2026 – SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company lis ted on Euronext Milan, STAR segment (“ SYS-DAT ” or the “ Company ”) (SYS.MI ), a leading Italian ICT company that develops and provides i nnovative software solutions for key industrial sectors and the service market , as part of the treasury share buyback program communicated to the market on 22 April 2026 and launched on 30 April 2026, announces that it has purchased on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, in the period between 20 July 2026 and 24 July 2026 inclusive, 14,691 own ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005595423) (c orresponding to approximately 0.0470% of the share capital), at an av erage price equal to about € 5.96 and for a total value of € 87,561.44. Following up on what has already b een communicated to the market, the purchases have the sole purpose of fu lfilling the obligations arising from the incentive plan called "Stock Option Plan 2024-2026," approved by the SYS-DAT assembly on March 21, 2024, and subs equently amended on April 15, 2024.
Based on the information provided by the authorized in termediary Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., the summary of the purc hase transactions on Euronext Milan – STAR segment is shown below, on a da ily basis, in aggregate form, and, as attachment, in detailed form:
