- è stato pubblicato sul sito internet della Società www.unicreditgroup.eu/statutosociale , nonché su quello del meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" gestito da Teleborsa S.r.l.

This is to inform you that the Articles of Association as amended in Article s 6 and 20 and with the introduction of Article 20 -bis following the resolutions adopted under items 1 and 2 on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting of 2 1 September 2026 - registered in the Companies Register on 6 October 2026 - has been published on the Company's website www.unicreditgroup.eu/articles -association as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. ( www.emarketstorage.it/en ) and is available to shareholders at the Company's Registered Office in Milan.
