Saipem : Modifica del calendario degli eventi societari per l’anno 2026
Milano, 23 settembre 2026 – Saipem rende noto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione chiamato ad approvare i risultati consolidati al 30 settembre 2026 si terrà il 18 novembre 20 26, anziché il 27 ottobre 2026 come precedentemente comunicato .
La modifica consentirà di anticipare, rispetto a quanto avvenuto negli anni precedenti, la trattazione del budget 2027 e la conseguente guidance per il mercato, esamina ndo nella medesima seduta consiliare i risultati consolidati al 30 settembre 2026 .
Per effetto della modifica al calendario societario, l’ approva zione dei risultati consolidati al 30 settembre 2026 avverrà oltre i 45 giorni dalla chiusura del 3°trimestre 2026, con il conseguente aggiornamento delle tempistic he comunicat e al mercato in data 16 dicembre 2016 relativamente alle rendicontazioni aggiuntive diverse dalla relazione finanziaria annuale e semestrale.
La conference call con la comunità finanziaria per l’illustrazione de i risultati consolidati al 30 settembre 2026 e della guidance 2027 si terrà il 19 novembre 2026.

Saipem: Amend ment to the 2026 corporate event s calendar
Milan (Italy), September 23, 2026 – Saipem informs that the Board of Directors called to approve the consolidated results as of September 30, 2026, will be held on November 18, 2026, rather than on October 27, 2026, as previously announced.
The amendment will allow the Board of Directors to bring forward, compared to previous years, the discussion of the 2027 budget and the resulting market guidance , and to examine the consolidated results as of September 30, 2026 during the same meeting.
As a result of th e amendment to the corporate events calendar , the consolidated financial results as of September 30, 2026, will be approved more than 45 days after the end of the third quarter of 2026 , with a consequent update to the timeline communicated to the market on December 16, 2016 regarding additional reports other than the annual and interim financial reports.
The conference call with the financial community to present the consolidated results as of September 30, 2026 and the 2027 guidance will be held on November 19, 2026.
