COMPLIANCE WITH MARKET DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

The Prysmian Group’s Half Year Report as of June 30, 2026, along with the report from the Independent Auditor, is now available to the public. The Board of Directors of Prysmian S.p.A. approved the report on July 29, 2026.
