▪(a)increase inCurrent Assets ofEuro 24.3million, duetotheincrease in“Inventory andcontracts inprogress” forEuro 2.0million and“Trade andotherreceivables” forEuro 22.3million .Thechange ismainly attributable totheincrease in“Trade andotherreceivables”, primarily resulting from the expansion oftheconsolidation perimeter following theacquisition ofStipa S.p.A.and MiCo DMC S.r.l.,thelatter fully consolidated asof1January 2026 ,aswellasfrom theincrease inoutstanding receivables duefrom Fondazione Milano Cortina .
▪(b)decrease inCurrent Liabilities ofEuro 17.4million, mainly dueto:
▪decrease in“Tradepayables” ofEuro -7.3million, mainly related tothesettlement ofoutstanding payables toevent suppliers ;

16▪Themain dynamics ofNWC, corresponding toavariation ofEuro -41.7m during theperiod, areattributable to:
▪Increase inTrade and other receivables (Euro 22.3m):theincrease in Trade andother receivables ismainly attributable tothedifferent timing of collections ofconsideration related tothe Milano Cortina activities, amounting toapproximately Euro 25million .This dynamic was further impacted byreceivables contributed bytheacquired companies STIPA and Made InSteel ,aswell asbytheeffect oftheexpansion ofthe consolidation perimeter resulting from theconsolidation ofMiCo DMC .
Thechange resulted inahigher absorption ofworking capital ;
▪Reduction indeferred income, mainly related toMilano Cortina (Euro -18.3m),duetorevenue recognition during thesemester ;
▪Decrease inTrade payables (approximately Euro -7.3m);
▪The working capital dynamics benefited byEuro 11.2million from the increase intaxconsolidation payables ,mainly attributable totaxes accrued during the semester .This effect partially offset thecash absorption arising from taxes recognized inthe income statement, amounting toEuro 13.9million, determining anetimpact onthetax management cash flowofapproximately Euro 3million .
