Bologna, 22 July 2026 - The Board of Directors of Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (EGM: MARP), a leading company in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, met today and approved the unaudited preliminary consolidated results of first half 2026 and renewed the shareholders’ agreement with CEO Gabriele Bonfiglioli.
In the words of Gabriele Bonfiglioli, CEO of Marzocchi Pompe : “The first-half results confirm Marzocchi Pompe’s resilience and the Group’s ability to respond effectively to a still challenging market environment. Core Business growth and the substantial resilience of total revenue demonstrate the effectiveness of the reorganization actions undertaken and the commercial strategies implemented.
At the same time, we continue to invest with conviction in innovation and international expansion.
The patent obtained and the creation of the joint venture in India strengthen our competitive positioning and lay the foundations for capturing new growth opportunities in the coming years. The renewal of the agreements with the Ownership also confirms full alignment on strategic objectives and the intention to continue the development path already undertaken. We look to the second half of the year with confidence, supported by the quality of our products, the Group’s financial solidity and Marzocchi Pompe’s ability to turn market challenges into development opportunities”.

Consolidated net revenue at 30 June 2026 amounted to € 18.7 million , up 0.6% versus € 18.6 million in first half 2025.
The strong resilience of revenue is particularly significant against a global recessionary backdrop and reflects the first benefits of the production and logistics reorganization measures implemented during 2025, as well as Marzocchi Pompe’s ongoing ability to innovate across both products and markets.
The Core Business segment, with revenue of € 16.7 million, recorded growth of 3.8% versus 1° half 2025 and 4.2% versus 2° half 2025 (both amounting to approximately € 16.0 million), also supported by the average list price increase , released in 2025 and fully effective from the start of 2026.
The Automotive segment, with sales of € 2.0 million, recorded a 19.7% decrease versus 1° half 2025 (-21.3% versus 2° half 2025, equal to € 2.6 million), reflecting sector dynamics that remain difficult.
By geographical area, the Italian market grew , increasing from 31.4% to 35.1% of total sales;
exports accounted for 64.9% , down from 68.2% for full-year 2025.
The Group’s adjusted net financial debt remained broadly stable at € 7.8 million, versus € 7.7 million at 31 December 2025 and at 30 June 2025.
SIGNIFICANT EVENTS IN FIRST HALF 2026
In first half 2026, Marzocchi Pompe obtained a significant industrial invention patent relating to bi-directional reversible pumps , confirming its ability to develop innovative, high-tech solutions.
Additionally, in April, Marzocchi Pumps India Private Limited was incorporated under Indian law as a joint venture with an established local partner , with the aim of expanding commercial penetration in India, particularly for Core Business products.
With regard to the reorganization project involving the production and logistics structure, the Company is assessing the most appropriate timing for transferring operations from Casalecchio to Zola Predosa, which is intended to become the Group’s sole Italian site.

The full and final consolidated results of first half 2026 will be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors on 28 September 2026 ; these results are currently being reviewed by the Independent Auditors (PriceWaterhouseCoopers S.p.A.).
