SAFE COMPLETES THE SALE OF IMW INDUSTRIES
TO ECOFUSION ENERGY HOLDINGS
Cavriago (RE), 22 July 2026 – Landi Renzo S.p.A. announces that its subsidiary SAFE S.p.A ., a leading company in the design and manufacture of compressors and solutions for gas compression and treatment, has completed the sale of 100% of the share capital of IMW Industries Ltd . to EcoFusion Energy Holdings Inc ., a Canadian company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Headquartered in Canada, IMW Industries specializes in the design, manufacture, marketing, installation and after-sales servicing of compressed natural gas (CNG) compressors and integrated CNG refuelling solutions, operating primarily in the North and South American markets.
The transaction, valued at Euro 3.5 million (subject to adjustments, if any), forms part of SAFE’s strategy to streamline and optimize its industrial portfolio and enables EcoFusion Energy Holdings to leverage IMW Industries’ distinctive manufacturing expertise and strengthen its presence in the compressed natural gas infrastructure sector, in which it operates through its subsidiary AltaStream Energy Systems. IMW Industries will continue to provide compression services for its existing customers while expanding its manufacturing role in support of AltaStream’s power generation business.
SAFE was assisted by Equita Mid Cap Advisory and Craig Hallum as financial advisors and by Legance Avvocati Associati as legal advisor. Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP acted as legal advisor to the Company.
