FIERA MILANO RICONOSCIUTA “TOP ESG PERFORMER” E TRA LE PRIME 10 SOCIETÀ QUOTATE
ITALIANE NELL’ESG IDENTITY CORPORATE INDEX 2026

FIERA MILANO RECOGNIZED “TOP ESG PERFORMER” AND RANKED AMONG THE TOP 10 ITALIAN
LISTED COMPANIES IN THE ESG IDENTITY CORPORATE INDEX 2026
Milan, 28 July 2026 – The Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A. (“ Fiera Milano ” and/or the “ Company ”), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators in the world in the exhibition and congress industry, today approved the consolidated results as of 3 0 June 2026.
The Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Fiera Milano, Francesco Conci, commented:
“Revenues up +38%, EBITDA up +49% and net result more than doubled, from €23.1 million to €50.7 million, demonstrating the Group’s ability to translate its strategy into tangible results. This performance was supported by the contribution of activities related to the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Para lympic Winter Games, a particularly favourable exhibition calendar and the expansion of the Group’s scope following the acquisitions of Expotrans and Stipa. Above all, it reflects an ongoing evolution path that continues to strengthen Fiera Milano’s competitive positioning as an increasingly integrated international platform serving businesses, value chains and territories. During the first half of the year, we hosted some of the leading exhibitions, from Fashion Link Milano to Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, as well as Salone del Mobile and TUTTOFOOD, confirming the ability of our events to interpret market changes and create v alue for entire ecosystems. At the

same time, we continue to enrich and enhance the quality of our portfolio . The appointment of the new Artistic Director of miart represents a strategic choice reflecting Fiera Milano’s repositioning journey. We want our proprietary assets to increasingly become platforms capable of generating value throughout the year, creating connections, producing content and contributing to the development of the ecosystems in which they operate.
The same vision drives the growth of projects such as NetZero Milan, created to support major economic, industrial and social transformations and strengthen Fiera Milano’s international positioning . We are also redesigning our exhibition spaces to make them increasingly dynamic, modular and flexible , enabling them to rapidly adapt to the needs of different formats and deliver an increasingly engaging experience for visitors, exhibitors and organisers. This transformation is designed to support the evolution of the exhibition industry and the growth of new event models, from entertainment to confexpos, making our venues an increasingly modern and experience -oriented infrastructure . The confirmation of our guidance reflects confidence in the Group’s growth trajectory and in its ability to continue creating value through an increasingly evolved business model. The recognition achieved as a Top ESG Performer and the ranking among the top ten Italian listed companies in the ESG Identity Corporate Index further confirm that sustainability, innovation and growth are part of the same vision . With this approach, we are building the Fiera Milano of the next decade:
not only a place where events are organised, but a platform capable of anticipating markets, connecting businesses, people and ideas and generating new growth opportunities for the ec onomic system ”.
RESULTS AS OF 3 0 JUNE 2026
Consolidated Revenues for the first six months of 2026 amounted to €245.7 million, an increase of €67.9 million compared with the first half of 2025. During the period, 37 exhibitions were held (26 in Italy and 11 abroad, of which 21 owned and 16 hosted), together with 48 congress events, for a total of 922,339 square metres of exhibition space occupied.
Revenue growth was primarily driven by activities related to XXV Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games , including both the use of the venues and the construction of temporary infrastructure at the Rho exhibition centre , as well as the use of the Milan venue, which hosted the Main Media Centre .
The increase also reflects a more favourable exhibition calendar , characterised in even -numbered years by the presence of the biennial exhibitions Mostra Convegno Expocomfort and Transpotec Logitec . Additional positive contributions came from the growth in logistics and stand -fitting services , supported by the acquisition of the Expotrans Group , completed in the second quarter of 2025, and Stipa S.p.A. , acquired in the first quarter of 2026, as well as from the full consolidation of MiCo DMC S.r.l. effective from 1 January 2026.

The first edition of MaTec 2026 , which brought together Plast, Xylexpo , and Composites Future , took place in June. It attracted 44,907 attendees and confirmed Fiera Milano's role as a leading platform for the main industrial and manufacturing sectors.
On the international market, revenues generated by the Foreign Exhibitions Business in the first half of 2026 amounted to €5.6 million , an increase of €1.3 million compared to €4.3 million in the corresponding period of 2025. International activities began in February in South Africa with the 11th edition of Investec Cape Town Art Fair (ICTAF) , the leading contemporary art fair on the African continent, which featured 126 galleries from 34 countries and 490 artists , attracting approximately 34,000 visitors . The Congress Business recorded revenues of €47.9 million in the first half of 2026, an increase of €10.3 million compared to the same period of 2025. The growth was primarily attributable to the use of Allianz MiCo as the Main Media Centre for the XXV Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games , hosting the production, management and distribution of audiovisual content for international broadcasters, as well as to the full consolidation of MiCo DMC . Alongside Olympic -related activities, during the second quarter Allianz MiCo hosted a broad calendar of congresses, business events and exhibitions, including Packaging Première , Netcomm Forum , Salone del Risparmio , Fastener Fair Italy , ESXENCE , Toys & Baby Milano and ESGE Days 2026 , further confirming its position as a leading venue for national and international events, including in the medical and scientific sectors.
Finally, it was announced that Allianz MiCo will host CES Unveiled Milan on 21 October , the official European stop of the Road to CES, dedicated to technological innovation.
Consolidated EBITDA for the first half amounted to €94.0 million , an increase of €30.9 million compared to €63.1 million recorded in the first half of the previous year. The improvement was primarily driven by stro ng revenue growth, partially offset by higher overhead and personnel costs related to the acquisitions of the Expotrans Group and Stipa , completed respectively in the second quarter of 2025 and in the first quarter of 2026.

EBIT for the first half of 2026 amounted to €67.1 million , compared to €37.5 million recorded in the first half of 2025. The increase of € 29.6 million reflects the EBITDA performance, partially offset by higher depreciation and amortization expenses.
Financial management showed a negative balance of € 4.1 million, compared to a negative € 5.8 million in the first half of 2025. The positive change of € 1.8 million was mainly attributable to higher interest income on cash investments, the increase in the fair value of investments in ESG mutual funds and lower finance costs related to lease liabilities.

The decrease of € 47.9 million was mainly attributable to the acquisitions completed during the period and the payment of dividends, and was partially offset by the positive operating cash flow generated during the first half.

BUSINESS OUTLOOK
The first half of 2026 delivered a solid performance , supported by broad -based contributions from the Group’s core operating areas, the strengthening of its event portfolio and the expansion of the Group’s scope following the acquisition of STIPA and the first full -year consolidation of Expotrans . The first-quarter results, which benefited from the presence of Mostra Convegno Expocomfort and the stronger -than-expected contribution from activities related to the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games , were complemented by the positive contribution of the events held in the second quarter , including Salone del Mobile and TUTTOFOOD , that further supported the Group’s performance, with overall results in line with expectations. During the remainder of the year, the typical seasonality of even -numbered years characterized by the absence in the fourth quarter of the biennial exhibitions HostMilano - Made – Sicurezza , will be partly offset by the presence of CPHI , a leading international traveling exhibition and by the consolidation of the second edition of NetZero Milan .
The macroeconomic and geopolitical environment remains characterized by high volatility , uncertainty and limited predictability . Current analyses suggest that any potential negative impacts on the business are likely to

be indirect , particularly relating to the impact of energy costs on energy -intensive industries and the transport sector , inflationary pressures linked to rising energy costs and the potential impact on international mobility flows . Based on the partial nature of the information currently available and the inability to define a clear trajectory for the evolution of the geopolitical outlook , these impacts are expected to remain contained and are not anticipated to materially affect the Group’s growth trajectory .
In light of the available evidence, the positive performance recorded in the first half , the stronger -than -
expected contribution from Olympic -related activities and the progress achieved in integrating the recent acquisitions , the Company confirms its guidance for the 2026 financial year :
• Revenues in the range of Euro 380-400 million , already revised upward from the previous range of €305 –325 million • EBITDA in the range of Euro 10 0-110 million , already revised up ward from the previous range of €90 –
100 million
As part of its strategic initiatives, the presentation of the new Strategic Plan is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027 . This timeline will allow for the incorporation of full -year 2026 results and enhance the reliability of forward -looking assumptions , supported by improved visibility on the geopolitical environment and key macroeconomic and industry trends.
COMPLETED THE ACQUISITIONS OF 70% OF MADE IN STEEL AND 51% OF STIPA, STRENGTHENING THE
PORTFOLIO OF ORGANIZED EXHIBITIONS AND ACCELERATING THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED
SERVICES FOR EXHIBITORS
As previously announced in the press releases issued on 18 February 2026 regarding the M&A transactions, Fiera Milano completed during the first quarter of 2026 the acquisition of a 70% stake in Made in Steel S.r.l. , organizer of the leading biennial exhibition for the steel industry, and a 51% stake in Stipa S.p.A. , a leading company in the design and production of high -end customised exhibition booths. The transactions, completed on 25 February and 3 March 2026 respectively, strengthen two key strategic pillars of the 2024 –2027 Strategic Plan:
on one hand, the expansion of the portfolio of directly organized exhibitions and a stronger presence in strategic industrial value chains; on the other, the development o f integrated exhibitor services and the evolution of the Group toward a one -stop-shop business model. The acquisition of Made in Steel involved an initial consideration of €7.7 million , plus an earn -out of approximately €1.3 million, while the acquisition of STIPA involved a closing payment of €12.1 million , together with put and call options on the remaining 49% stake.
