Berbenno di Valtellina (SO), August 5, 2026 – Valtecne S.p.A. (ISIN IT0005532525, ticker VLT.IM) - a company operating in the field of high -precision mechanics for medical devices and industrial applications - announces that, on August 4, 2026, it received the outcome of the notification filed pursuant to Decree -Law No. 21 of March 15, 2012, regarding special powers (“Golden Power ”), in relation to the transaction described in the press release dated June 26, 2026 (see press release ), whereby the Presidency of the Council of Ministers resolved not to exercise the special powers provided for in Decree -Law No. 21 of March 15, 2012.
