Franchetti S.p.A.: confers on Banco BPM S.p.A. the role of Specialist Operator starting from 27 September 2026
Arzignano (VI), 6 August 2026 – Franchetti S.p.A. (Ticker BIT: FCH), multinational company specializing in advanced diagnostics, digitalization and predictive maintenance solutions for infrastructures , communicates, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers ' Regulation, the appointment of Banco BPM S.p.A. as a Specialist Operator, which will take over from Integrae SIM S.p.A. as of 27 September 2026 inclusive .
The Company has notified Integrae SIM S.p.A. ("Integrae SIM") of the exercise of the right to withdraw from the Specialist contract; Integrae SIM will hold this role until September 26, 2026 (inclusive).
The Issuer thanks Integrae SIM for the support, collaboration and professionalism shown over the years.
