Page 1 of 2 Franchetti Group strengthens its positioning in major infrastructure Contracts worth over Euro 3 million awarded to Matildi+Partners for the seismic upgrade of the A24-A25 viaducts Arzignano (VI), 5 August 2026 – Franchetti S.p.A. (Ticker BIT: FCH), a multinational company specializing in advanced diagnostics, digitalization and predictive maintenance solutions for infrastructure, announces that its subsidiary Matildi + Partners s.r.l., acquired in 2024 through the purchase of 67% of its share capital, is engaged in designing the structural upgrade works for the seismic safety of four pairs of priority viaducts on the A24 and A25 motorways, under the program promoted by the Special Commissioner for the safety upgrade of the A24-A25 motorway system. The total value of the works covered by the design is over Euro 150 million, while the value of the contract awarded to the Temporary Grouping of Designers, made up of the companies ARX Italia s.r.l., MATILDI+PARTNERS s.r.l, NEXTECO s.r.l, S.T.E. Structure and Transport Engineering s.r.l., amounts to over Euro 11 million, of which Matildi+Partners holds a 30% share. The contract involves the development of the Technical-Economic Feasibility Project (PFTE) for the improvement and seismic upgrade works on the motorway infrastructure, representing one of the leading national initiatives dedicated to the resilience of the road network. The Technical-Economic Feasibility Project was delivered in April 2026, while the start of the subsequent executive design phase is expected following its activation by the contracting authority. The project involves an infrastructure system that is strategic for mobility in Central Italy and confirms Franchetti Group's role as a leading technical partner for the design of complex works, providing specialist expertise in structural engineering, bridge and viaduct design, and the integration of advanced digital methodologies. The transaction contributes to consolidating the Group's order backlog and is part of its growth strategy aimed at strengthening its presence in modernization and safety upgrade programs for national infrastructure, developed in collaboration with leading public clients.
