These two initiatives are part of an effort to strengthen the Group’s ability to drive innovation through collaborative networks, by leveraging expertise, applied research and partnerships with leading international research centers. Through its participation in MADE Competence Center Industria 4.0 and its collaboration with Armengaud Innovate, FAE Technology is consolidating an innovation model based on the synergy between industry, research and technological development, thereby strengthening its role within the Italian and European innovation ecosystems and its ability to contribute to high-tech projects for the benefit of customers, partners and the broader community. Gianmarco Lanza, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of FAE Technology, stated: “For the FAE Technology Group, innovation means transforming expertise, research and partnerships into real value for customers. This vision leads us to invest in building relationships with partners, universities and research centers that enable us to integrate complementary expertise and develop high-tech projects. Joining the MADE Competence
Center Industria 4.0 represents a significant recognition for us and an opportunity to contribute our expertise to one of Italy’s leading ecosystems dedicated to digital transformation. At the same time, our partnership with Armengaud Innovate strengthens our ability to operate on an increasingly international scale, developing new partnerships and participating in European research and innovation projects that align with the Group’s growth strategy.” Joining the MADE Competence Center Industria 4.0 marks the natural evolution of a partnership that began two years ago and allows FAE Technology to contribute even more directly to the Consortium’s activities. Established by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (MIMIT) and organized as a public-private partnership among universities, research institutions, and large enterprises, MADE 4.0 promotes projects focused on innovation, technology transfer, and training in the key areas of Industry 4.0, cybersecurity, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence applications. As a partner, FAE Technology will contribute its expertise in embedded electronics and enabling technologies for digital transformation, developed in sectors such as energy management, automotive, and space, in addition to the expertise of its subsidiary Kayser Space. This participation will help foster the development of innovation projects focused on businesses, collaborative research and specialized training, further expanding synergies with the Italian innovation system. At the same time, the partnership with Armengaud Innovate GmbH will help gradually expand the Group's presence within the European innovation ecosystems. By supporting FAE Technology in defining and implementing its Innovation Management model, this collaboration seeks to develop innovative projects in partnership with a network of leading universities and research centers, in addition to participation in major publicly funded research and innovation programs. Through technology scouting, analysis of European programs and the identification of opportunities for collaboration within international consortia, the partnership will serve as another key component of the Group’s growth strategy. Eric Armengaud, CEO of Armengaud Innovate, stated: “FAE Technology has demonstrated an impressive ability to transform advanced engineering and technological know-how into high-value solutions for demanding markets. At Armengaud Innovate, our mission is Creating Impact. Together. By combining FAE Technology's business and technical excellence with our expertise in innovation management, European partnerships, and research funding programs, we aim to accelerate the ideation and development of new opportunities with strategic partners in Europe. This collaboration is about more than participating in projects; it is about creating lasting innovation ecosystems, accelerating technology transfer, and ensuring that breakthrough ideas generate measurable impact for customers, partners, and society.”
The initial results of the partnership with Armengaud Innovate GmbH have already materialized through participation in the European LAB-3D-MES project, funded under the Pulsate Open Call and focused on testing an innovative technology for prototyping printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Company is also a partner in the CODE4EV project, funded by the Horizon Europe program, which brings together international enterprises and research organizations with the goal of developing an open, collaborative environment for designing software-defined electric vehicles, promoting the interoperability, integration, and scalability of future technological solutions applicable to the automotive sector. **** For the dissemination of regulated information FAE Technology uses the 1INFOSDIR dissemination system (www.1info.it) operated by Computershare S.p.A., with registered office in Milan, Via Lorenzo Mascheroni No. 19 and authorized by Consob.
