Press Release
EVISO: IMPORTANT TECHNOLOGICAL UPGRADE DOUBLES THE HOURS OF ADMINISTRATIVE
ACTIVITIES TRANSFERRED TO THE PROPRIETARY PLATFORM
FROM 7,551 TO 15,246 HOURS ANNUALLY SET FOR AUTOMATION, EQUIVALENT TO THE
WORK OF 12 SPECIALISTS
Saluzzo (CN), 5 August 2026 – eVISO S.p.A. (ticker: EVISO) – a technology company, listed on the EGM – announces that it has implemented a major technological update that doubles the hours of administrative activities transferred to its proprietary digital platform, from 7,551 to 15,246 hours annually, equivalent to the work of 12 specialists now focused on higher value -added activities (the “Stop robot work” project).
The digitalisation of operational activities reduces the risk of error, speeds up processes and focuses human input where it has the greatest impact, keeping the administrative cost structure unchanged and streamlined.
The new mapping extends the automation potential of the repetitive tasks performed manually by eVISO employees from 14,122 hours annually ( press release dated 12 September 2025 ) to the current 22,870, of which 15,246 are already covered by the plan launched: 10,422 hours have been automated and 4,824 will be completed over the next two quarters. The remaining 7,624 hours will be launched at a later stage.
The chart shows, on an annual basis, the hours of repetitive tasks performed by eVISO employees and their automation status in June 2025, September 2025 and July 2026. The left column (June 2025) shows the potential mapped between March and June 2025. The central column (September 2025) shows, with the same overall potential, the hours already automated and the hours being automated or planned. The right column (July 2026) shows, following a new mapping that extended the overall potential, the hours automat ed and the hours of work that will be automated over the next two quarters.

Davide Debernardi, HR People & Culture Director of eVISO, commented: “Doubling to over 15,000 the hours transferred to the platform, equivalent to the work of 12 specialists, means freeing up time to invest in activities with a direct impact on the customer. The “Stop robot work” project stems from a clear choice: to transfe r repetitive tasks to the machines and to leave to people the areas where their contribution creates added value ”.
The upgrade announced today marks a further step in the implementation of the second of the four competitiveness drivers around which, at the end of 2024, eVISO organised its technologies to strengthen its platform business model, putting the customer and its employees at the centre:
1. Immediate response : every application or machine will respond to a human in 3 seconds or less (press release dated 16 June 2025 );
2. Stop robot work : every repetitive task performed manually is transferred to the digital platform (press release dated 12 September 2025 );
3. 100X scale : every human and technological infrastructure today must be ready to handle 100 times the current customers;
4. Cost per point of consumption : every human and technological cost is quantified in euros per point of consumption per month.
Carlo Cigna, Chief Technology Product Officer of eVISO, commented: “This upgrade is part of a long -
term strategy to build a scalable operational infrastructure: every repetitive task performed manually is destined for the platform. With 22,870 hours annually of mapped potential, automation is the key step to optimising ope rational efficiency and preparing the structure to handle one hundred times the current customers ”.
