EuroGroup Laminations strengthens its governance: Renzo Argentin appointed Senior Vice President & Group Chief Operating Officer

Baranzate (MI), July 29, 2026 – EuroGroup Laminations S.p.A. ("EGLA") – a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of laminations and cores for electric motors, generators and transformers – announces the appointment of Renzo Argentin as the Group's Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer ("COO") .
Argentin's appointment represents a strategic milestone in the Group's strengthening process and within EGLA's Performance Improvement program, with the objective of consolidating an increasingly integrated and efficient operating model capable of supporti ng the Group's growth in an increasingly complex and competitive global environment.
As COO, Argentin will be responsible for leading the evolution of the Group's operations , with a particular focus on process improvement, increased manufacturing efficiency, optimization of industrial performance and strengthening the Company's ability to respond to customer needs, including through a more integrated management of the supply chain and operational flows.
Renzo Argentin brings to EGLA more than twenty years of experience gained in multinational industrial groups, including GEA Group, Marelli and Zanini. Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in the management of complex in dustrial organizations, leading operations, supply chain and financial management activities in international environments.
