DIMISSIONI DI UN AMMINISTRATORE NON ESECUTIVO E NON INDIPENDENTE
Cernusco Lombardone (LC), 15 luglio 2026 –Technoprobe S.p.A., società quotata su Euronext Milan e leader nella progettazione e produzione di probe card (la “ Società” o “Technoprobe ”) rende noto che, in data odierna, il Consigliere di Amministrazione Chih-Kuang Yang, non esecutivo e non indipendente, ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni, con effetto dal 15 luglio 2026, per sopraggiunti motivi personali.
Si ricorda che il Consigliere Chih-Kuang Yang è stato nominato dall’assemblea degli azionisti in data 10 luglio 2025 in accoglimento della proposta formulata dall’azionista T-PLUS S.p.A., con lettera del 24 giugno 2025.
La Società precisa che, per quanto a sua conoscenza, alla data odierna il Consigliere Chih-Kuang Yang detiene n. 790.157 azioni ordinarie della Società. Il Consigliere Chih-Kuang Yang non faceva parte di alcun comitato endo-consiliare.
Non sono previste indennità o altri benefici spettanti a seguito della cessazione dalla carica.
A seguito delle suddette dimissioni, il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Technoprobe assumerà le determinazioni del caso al fine di reintegrare il numero dei consiglieri.

RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE, NON-INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Cernusco Lombardone (LC), July 15, 2026 – Technoprobe S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan and a leader in the design and manufacture of probe cards (the “Company” or “Technoprobe”), announces hereby announces that, as of today, non-executive and non-independent Director Chih-Kuang Yang has tendered his resignation, effective as of 15 July 2026, for supervening personal reasons.
It should be noted that Director Chih-Kuang Yang was appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 10 July 2025, following the proposal submitted by the shareholder T-PLUS S.p.A. by letter dated 24 June 2025.
The Company specifies that, to the best of its knowledge, as of today Director Chih-Kuang Yang holds 790,157 ordinary shares of the Company. Mr Chih-Kuang Yang was not a member of any Board committee.
No indemnities or other benefits are due as a result of the termination of his office.
The Board of Directors of Technoprobe will adopt the appropriate resolutions with a view to restoring the number of Directors.
