Variazione del Calendario degli eventi societari Torino (TO), 31 luglio 2026 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA) , società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l’automazione e il testing su semiconduttori (la “ Società ” o “ Osai ”), rende noto che, a parziale variazione di quanto indicato nel calendario degli eventi societari diffuso in data 3 luglio 2026, si rende necessario posticipare a data da def inirsi la data:

(i) del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l’approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata al 30 giugno 2025;

(ii) del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l’approvazione del progetto di bilancio della Società e del bilancio consolidato del Gruppo relativo all’esercizio al 31 dicembre 2025; e, di conseguenza, (iii) dell’Assemblea chiamata ad approvare il bilancio de lla Società al 31 dicembre 2025 .

Tale rinvio si rende necessario al solo fine di con sentire la mera esecuzione degli adempimenti formali necessari a dare concreta attua zione ai già intervenuti accordi con i creditori finanziari nell’ambito della procedura di composizione negoziata della crisi (“CNC”) ex D. Lgs. n. 14/2019 e ss.mm.ii. (“ Codice della crisi d’impresa e dell’insolvenza in attuazione della legge 19 ottobre 2017, n. 155 ” – in seguito, “ CCII ”).

Una volta completati gli adempimenti formali su men zionati, la Società provvederà a definire le nuove date del Calendario degli eventi societari e a dare tempestiva comunicazione al mercato.

Change to the Corporate Events Calendar

Turin (TO), July 31, 2026 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA ), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that , as a partial amendment to the corporate events calendar published on July 3 rd , 2026, the date has been postponed to a date to be confirmed:

(i) of the Board of Directors for the approval of the c onsolidated half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2025;

(ii) of the Board of Directors to approve the Company’s draft financial statements and the Group’s consolidated financial statements f or the financial year ending 31 December 2025; and, consequently, (iii) of the General Meeting called to approve the Compan y’s financial statements as at 31 December 2025.

This postponement is necessary solely to allow for the fulfilment of the formal requirements needed to give practical effect to the agreements already reached with financial creditors as part of the negotiated crisi s settlement procedure (“CNC”) pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 14/2019, as amen ded and supplemented. (“ Codice della crisi d’impresa e dell’insolvenza in attuazio ne della legge 19 ottobre 2017, n. 155 ”– hereinafter “ CCII ”).

Once the formalities mentioned above have been comp leted, the Company will set the new dates for the Corporate Events Calendar and not ify the market in a timely manner.
