OSAI AUTOMATION SYSTEM S.P.A SOCIETÀ BENEFIT
Variazione del Calendario degli eventi societari Torino (TO), 28 settembre 2026 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA) , società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l’automazione e il testing su semiconduttori (la “ Società ” o “ Osai ”), rende noto che, a parziale variazione di quanto indicato nel calendario degli eventi societari diffuso in data 3 luglio 2026, si rende necessario rinviare, a data da definirsi , la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l’approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata al 30 giugno 202 6 prevista in data 29 settembre 2026.
Il differimento della riunione consiliare si è reso necessario in quanto l’ iter di approvazione del bilancio d’esercizio e del bilancio consolidato relativ i all’esercizio al 31 dicembre 2025 risulta no ancora in corso di finalizzazione, come comunicato in data 31 luglio 2026.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione provvederà a ridefinire e comunicare tempestivamente al mercato il Calendario Finanziario aggiornato.

Change to the Corporate Events Calendar
Turin (TO), 28 September 2026 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA) , , a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that, As a partial change to what is indicated in the calendar of corporate events released on 3 July 202 6, it is necessary to postpone, to a date to be defined, the meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated half -year financial report as at 30 June 2026 scheduled for 29 September 2026.
The board meeting has been postponed as the approval process for the separate and consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025 is still ongoing, as communicated on 31 July 2026.
The Board of Directors will redefine and promptly communicate the updated Financial Calendar to the market.
