GIOCAMONDO STUDY : INFORMATIVA SU ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE
Ascoli Piceno, 10 agosto 202 6 – Giocamondo Study S.p.A. (ticker EGM: GMS), PMI innovativa di Ascoli Piceno ai vertici nazionali nel settore vacanze studio per ragazzi in tutto il mondo quotata al mercato EGM di Borsa Italiana , nell’ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie avviato in data 3 agosto 2026, in esecuzione della delibera dell’Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti del 27 maggio 202 6, nonché della delibera del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 13 lugli o 202 6, comunica di aver acquistato, nel periodo tra il giorno 3 agost o e il giorno 7 agosto 2026 (estremi inclusi), complessivamente n.1.000 azioni ad un prezzo medio unitario ponderato * di 1,36 Euro per azione, per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 1.360,00 .
Gli acquisti di azioni proprie sono avvenuti per il tramite di Intermonte SIM S.p.A. , in qualità di intermediario incaricato di svolgere l’operatività, nel rispetto delle applicabili disposizioni di legge e di regolamento e secondo le modalità, termini e condizioni contenute nell’autorizzazione all’acquisto e disposizione di azioni propri e.

A seguito di tali operazioni, la Società possiede, alla data del 7 agosto 2026, n .1.000 azioni proprie, pari allo 0,01 % del capitale sociale.

GIOCAMONDO STUDY: BUYBACK WEEKLY UP DATE
Ascoli Piceno, 10 August 2026 – Giocamondo Study S.p.A. (EGM ticker: GMS) , an innovative SME based in Ascoli Piceno and a national leader in the sector of study holidays for young people worldwide, listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana , as part of the share buy -back and disposal programme launched on 3 August 2026, in accordance with the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 27 May 2026, as well as the resolution of the Board of Directors of 13 July 2026, announc es that it has purchased, during the period from 3 August to 7 August 2026 (both dates inclusive), a total of 1.000 shares at a weighted average price * of 1,36 euros per share, for a total value of 1.360,00 euros.
The purchases of own shares were carried out through Intermonte SIM S.p.A., acting as the intermediary appointed to execute the transactions, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms, conditions and procedures set out in the authorisation for the purchase and disposal of own shares.

Following these transactions, as at 7 August 2026, the Company holds 1,000 own shares, representing 0,01% per cent of the share capital.
