Buttrio, 16 settembre 2026 - Ai sensi dell’art. 127 -quinquies del T.U.F. e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale e dal Regolamento voto maggiorato , si comunica che in data 18 agosto 2026 un azionista ha richiesto la cancellazione di n. 1.000 azioni ordinarie dal Registro speciale del voto maggiorato di Danieli .

Buttrio, 16 September 2026 – Pursuant to Article 127 -quinquies of the Consolidated Finance Act (TUF) and in accordance with the provisions of the Company's By -Laws and the Loyalty Voting Regulation, it is hereby announced that on 18 August 2026 a shareholder requested the removal o f 1,000 ordinary shares from the Special Register for Loyalty Voting of Danieli.
