PRESS RELEASE
COMPLETED THE SALE OF THE
UNIT ED SPRINGS BUSINESS UNIT
Milan, July 31, 2026 – Sogefi, further to the information disclosed in the press releases issued on April 24 and June 19, confirms the completion of the sale of the United Springs b usiness unit to Associated Metal Forming Technologies (AMFT), a portfolio company of One Equity Partners.
The Net Enterprise Value, in line with previous announcements, amounted to approximately Euro 21 million, while the cash consideration received by Sogefi , including the estimated cash balance at closing , amounted to Euro 2 3.5 million; the sale and purchase agreement provides for a price adjustment mechanism , to be completed in the coming months , based on the actual values of the net working capital and net financial position actually transferred to the buyer at the closing date.
