CHANGE TO THE 2026 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Basiliano (Udine), 10 July, 202 6 – In view of the Voluntary Public Exchange Offer for all shares of Trevi – Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A., launched on 28 June 2026 by I.CO.P. S.p.A. Società Benefit (“ ICOP ” or the “Company ”) — for further information, please refer to ICOP’s notice prepared pursuant to Article 102, paragraph 1, of the Consolidated Finance Act and Article 37 of the Issuers’ Regulation, published on ICOP’s website ( https://www.icop.it ) — it is hereby announced that the Board of Directors resolved today to update the corporate events calendar.
Set out below are the dates of the new events added to the corporate events calendar for financial year 2026 :
• 17 July 2026 – Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the guidelines of Company ’s Business Plan .
• 20 July 2026 , h 15:00 CET – Conference call to present the guidelines of the Company ’s Business Plan.
Connection details will be announced in due course .
• 10 August 2026 - Board of Directors for the review of certain preliminary consolidated figures as at 30 June 2026 (Revenues, Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted Net Financial Position ), not subject to audit.
• 21 September 2026 – Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated half -year financial report as at 30 June 2026, subject to limited audit review. This date updates the previously announced date of 2 8 September 2026.
Any changes will be promptly disclosed to the market in the manner required by the laws and regulations applicable from time to time.
