CEMBRE SPA (Euronext STAR) determinazione del beneficio fiscale per l’esercizio 2024 secondo quanto previsto dall’accordo sul Patent Box 2020-2024
Brescia, 22 ottobre 2026 - CEMBRE S.p.A. rende noto che è stato determinato, con l’assistenza dello Studio Tributario e Societario Deloitte, il beneficio fiscale per l’anno 2024 in 2,67 milioni di euro, basandosi sui metodi e criteri di calcolo del contributo economico alla produzione del reddito di impresa dei beni immateriali ai fini del c.d. “Patent Box” come definiti nell’accordo con l’Agenzia delle Entrate, firmato in data 18 dicembre 2023, con riferimento agli anni di imposta 2020-2024. Con il computo di quest'ultimo beneficio fiscale riferito all'anno 2024 è stato coperto l’intero arco temporale 2020-2024 previsto dal suddetto accordo.
Ricordiamo che il Patent Box rappresenta il regime di tassazione agevolata a beneficio delle imprese che producono redditi attraverso l’utilizzo diretto ed indiretto di opere dell’ingegno, di brevetti ed altre attività immateriali.

CEMBRE SPA (Euronext STAR) determination of the tax benefit for the year 2024 according to the provisions of the agreement on the Patent Box 2020-2024
Brescia, October 22, 2026 - CEMBRE S.p.A. announces that it has been determined, assisted by “Studio Tributario e Societario Deloitte” as tax advisor, the tax benefit for the year 2024 in €2.67 million, based on the methods and criteria used to calculate the economic contribution to the production of business income of intangible assets for the purposes of the so-called "Patent Box" as defined in the agreement with Tax Authorities signed on 18 December 2023, with reference to the tax years 2020-2024. By calculating this latest tax benefit for 2024, the entire 2020-2024 time frame envisaged by the aforementioned agreement has been covered.
It is important to remember that the Patent Box represents a tax relief regime for the benefit of companies generating income through the direct and indirect use of intellectual property rights, patents, and other intangible assets.
