(“ Cellularline ” o “Emittente ”) – società quotata su Euronext STAR Milan, mercato organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – rende noto che la Relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata al 30 giugno 2026 di cui all’art. 154- ter, comma 2, del d. lgs. 58/1998, approvata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 9 settembre 2026, unitamente all’attestazione del Dirigente preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari e alla Relazione della Società di Revisione, è disponibile presso la sede legale, sul sito internet della Società www.cellularlinegroup.com , sezione Investors, e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato 1info gestito da Computershare S.p.A. all’indirizzo www.1info.it.

CELLULARLINE S.P.A.: NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT
AT 30 JUNE 2026
Reggio Emilia, 11 September 2026 – Cellularline S.p.A. (“Cellularline” or “Issuer”) – listed on Euronext STAR Milan, the market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – announces that the Cellularline Group Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as at 30 June 2026, drafted pursuant to art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998, approved by the company’s Board on 9 September 2026, together with the attestation of the Manager responsible for preparing the financial information, as well as the Independent Auditors’ Report, is now available to the public at the Corporate Registered Office, on the Company's website www.cellularlinegroup.com (in the Investors section) and on the authorized storage mechanism "1INFO" managed by Computershare S.p.A. at www.1info.it.
