Torino, 3 agosto 2026 – Basic Net S.p.A. comunica, ai sensi dell’art. 127 -quinquies del TUF e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale, che in data 1° agosto 2026 ha avuto effetto la rinuncia di un azionista alla maggiorazione del diritto di voto relativamente a numero 358.777 azioni ordinarie BasicNet.

Communication of the total amount of the voting rights (Pursuant to article 85 -bis, paragraph 4 -bis, of the Issuers’ Regulation n.11971/99) Turin, August 3rd, 2026 – BasicNet S.p.A. announces, pursuant to Article 127 -quinquies of the Italian Consolidated Finance Act (TUF) and in application of the provisions of its Artic les of Association, that on August 1st, 2026 the waiver by a shareholder of the increas ed voting rights became effective with respect to 358,777 ordinary BasicNet shares.
