With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, called for 12 October 2026, we inform you that the following documents are available at the Company’s registered office, on Banca Sistema’s website www.bancasistema.it (Section Investors/ Governance/ Shareholders’ Meeting/ 202 6/ 12 October 2026):
− Information on total share capital, including the number and categories of shares into which the share capital is divided;
− Proxy form to attend the Shareholders’ Meeting;
− Proxy form and voting instructions to the Designated Proxy Holder;
− Postal voting ballot;
