CONFERENCE CALL 14 SETTEMBRE 2026
Empoli (FI), 9 settembre 2026 Sesa (“SESA” – SES.MI), operatore di riferimento nel settore Technology, Digital Platform e Vertical Application per imprese ed organizzazioni , comunica che in data 14 settembre 202 6 alle ore 1 8.00 si terrà una conference call rivolta a gli Stakeholder, durante la quale saranno discussi i risultati economici e finanziari del Gruppo a seguito del Consiglio di Amministrazione di approvazione del Resoconto intermedio di gestione consolidato al 31 luglio 202 6, primo quarter dell’anno fiscale al 30 aprile 2027.

Il Gruppo Sesa persegue una politica di sviluppo sostenibile a beneficio dei propri Stakeholder ed ha conseguito nel periodo 2012 -
2026 un track record di crescita continua di ricavi (CAGR ricavi 2012 -2026 +11,2%), redditività (CAGR Ebitda 2012- 2026 +14,1%). La strategia di generazione di valore a lungo termine è basata sullo sviluppo delle competenze tecniche e l’attenzione alla sostenibilità ambientale ed alla responsabilità sociale, con un progressivo miglioramento delle performance ESG.
Il Gruppo al 30 aprile 2026 ha distribuito un valore economico complessivo pari ad Eu 550 milioni (+10% Y/Y), per circa il 72 % destinato alla remunerazione delle risorse umane, con 6.770 collaboratori, di cui il 97% a tempo indeterminato), l’ampliament o dei programmi di hiring, education e welfare aziendale a supporto di diversità, work -life balance e benessere delle risorse umane.

CONFERENCE CALL ON SEPTEMBER 14, 202 6
Empoli (FI), September 9, 2026 Sesa (“SESA” – SES.MI), leading player in Technology, Digital Platform and Vertical Application for enterprises and organizations , announces that a conference call with Stakeholders will be held on September 14, 2026 at 6.00 p.m. (CET) . During the call, the Group will present the Group’s economic and financial results following the Board of Directors approving the Consolidated Interim Report as of July 31, 2026, first Quarter of the Fiscal Year as of April 30, 2027.
