Energy S.p.A.: Appointment of an Independent Expert pursuant to art. 12 et seq. of the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code Sant’Angelo di Piove di Sacco (PD) , 9 October 2026 – Energy S.p.A. (the “Company” or “Energy”), an Italian company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ISIN code IT0005500712, Ticker: ENY), parent company of the Energy Group, a full -system technology manufacturer of BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and a provider of cloud and engineering services, announces that as part of the recovery process referred to in art. 12 et seq. of Legislative Decree 14/2019, the so -called Business Crisis and Insolvency Code ("CCII"), initiated at the Trento Chamber of Commerce, on 8 October 2026 the Independent Expert was appointed in the person of Dr. Paolo Toniolatti who communicated the acceptance of the appointment on the same date .
The Company will continue to provide the market with timely updates on developments in the proceedings, in accordance with applicable regulations.
