The appointment of Giancarlo Signorini represents a strategic decision as part of the wider process of evolving the Company’s organisational structure
Rivoli (Turin), 13 July 2026 - Altea Green Power (AGP.MI, hereinafter “AGP” or “the Company”) , a company engaged in the development of projects and the construction of “green energy” plants, following the announcement made on 3 June 2026 , announces the appointment of Chief Financial Officer Giancarlo Signorini as the Group’s Investor Relations Manager.
The appointment of Giancarlo Signorini forms part of a wider process of evolving the Company’s organisational structure and ensures continuity in relations with the financial community.
