CYBEROO NOMINA MEDIOBANCA NUOVO SPECIALIST DAL 1°
GENNAIO 2027
Reggio Emilia, 7 ottobre 2026 – Cyberoo S.p.A. ("Cyberoo" o la "Società"), PMI Innovativa quotata su Euronext Growth Milan e specializzata in cybersecurity per le imprese e nella gestione integrata del rischio cyber, comunica di aver conferito a Mediobanca S.p.A. l’incarico di Operatore Specialista , con decorrenza 1° gennaio 202 7.
La nomina si inserisce nel percorso di rafforzamento del presidio di Cyberoo sul mercato dei capitali e accompagna l’evoluzione del Gruppo e delle sue prospettive di sviluppo.
Mediobanca S.p.A. subentrerà a MIT SIM S.p.A., che continuerà a ricoprire l’incarico fino al 31 dicembre 2026 incluso, assicurando la continuità del servizio.
Cyberoo ringrazia MIT SIM S.p.A. per la professionalità e la collaborazione dimostrate nello svolgimento dell’incarico.

CYBEROO APPOINTS MEDIOBANCA AS ITS NEW SPECIALIST
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2027
Reggio Emilia, October 7, 2026 – Cyberoo S.p.A. ("Cyberoo" or the "Company"), an innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan and specializing in cybersecurity for businesses and integrated cyber risk management, announces that it has appointed Mediobanca S.p.A. as its Specialist Operator , effective January 1, 2027 .
This appointment is part of Cyberoo’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the capital markets and supports the Group’s evolution and growth prospects.
Mediobanca S.p.A. will succeed MIT SIM S.p.A., which will continue to serve in this capacity through December 31, 2026, inclusive, ensuring continuity of services.
Cyberoo thanks MIT SIM S.p.A. for the professionalism and cooperation demonstrated in carrying out its duties.
