An item of business at the AGM will be the re -election of Directors. In accordance with clause 6.2(f) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Wednesday , 30 September 2026. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm (Perth time) on Wednesday , 30 September 2026.
Further information about the AGM, including the Notice of AGM, will be provided to shareholders in October 2026 .
