Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Zalaris ASA from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Euronext Oslo Børs / Euronext Expand Rule Book II – Issuer Rules section 2.10.2 (2), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 11 September 2026 made the following resolution: ”The shares of Zalaris ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 11 November 2026. The last day of trading will be 10 November 2026.”
