Xplora Technologies AS: Transactions made under the buy-back program and completion of the program

Oslo, 16 September 2026 --- On 8 September 2025, Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora" or the "Company") announced a share buy-back program of up to NOK 25,000,000, with a maximum of 500,000 shares for use in connection with Xplora's Employee Share Purchase Program and to fulfill obligations arising from the Company's Management Incentive Programme (MIP).

DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA, acting under the mandate from Xplora, has carried out the following transactions (excluding fees) under the buy-back program:
