Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements regarding election of a new chair of the board of Xplora Technologies AS. Xplora hereby calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 23 October 2026 at 09:00 CET.
The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held as a digital meeting only, with no physical attendance for shareholders and also on http://xplora.com/investors.
