Xenia Hôtellerie Solution S.p.A. Società Benefit (“Xenia” or the “Company”) - Hospitality Company with services of Accommodation, Incoming Tour Operator and hotel chain Phi Hotels, with shares traded on Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker: XHS) - announces that it has appointed OC&C Strategy Consultants as strategic advisor and R&S Advisory as financial advisor, with the aim of supporting the Group in strengthening and enhancing the industrial footprint built through acquisitions made in the last eighteen months, fostering integration and the full deployment of industrial synergies.
The Company has appointed OC&C and R&S Advisory to be supported in the activities of strengthening the industrial footprint built with acquisitions, through brand analysis, extraction of structural profitability and group positioning.
