XBP Global, CXAI and Macro Group Collaborate to Deliver an AI-Powered Hybrid Workplace
IRVING, Texas, Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- XBP Global Holdings, Inc. (“XBP Global” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: XBP), a multinational technology and services company powering intelligent workflows for organizations worldwide, today announced a collaboration with CXApp Inc. (NASDAQ: CXAI) (“CXAI”) and Macro Group to deliver an integrated, technology-enabled hybrid workplace offering for enterprise clients.
The three companies presented the joint offering on October 7, 2026 at “The Future of Work,” an event hosted at XBP Global’s office in New York.
Connected workplace offering
Hybrid work has left many organizations with scattered mail, manual handoffs between teams, and office space that is used unevenly. The joint offering addresses these issues by connecting physical workplace operations with employee-facing technology and facilities management.
Each company contributes a distinct layer:
- XBP Global's Smart Office suite unifies inbound receiving, outbound shipping, digital mail, and facility services on one connected platform. XBPTrack provides single-scan chain-of-custody tracking for inbound physical mail and packages, with real-time recipient notifications and smart locker integration. Complementing physical processing, digital mail solutions digitize incoming correspondence at the point of receipt, extracting actionable data and embedding digital documents directly into client downstream platforms—such as ERP, CRM, and ECM systems—to fuel automated enterprise workflows. XBPShip lets users compare carrier rates, generate labels, and ship from a desk or mobile device, with built-in address validation and compliance screening. XBPH360 replaces informal facility checklists with digital logs, timestamps, and photo validation.
- CXAI’s employee and workplace experience platform, Flow, serves as an agentic AI layer for the hybrid enterprise, consolidating disconnected workplace tools into one seamless platform to deliver a frictionless workday. Employees can effortlessly book spaces, navigate campuses, manage and announce internal events, access smart lockers, and handle workplace services, including food ordering, service ticketing, and more, all in one place. Its natural-language AI companion completes everyday tasks on demand via voice or text, while providing workplace and real estate leaders with predictive recommendations to ensure spaces are better used, streamline services, and continuously optimize enterprise operations.
- Macro Group provides facilities management and health, safety and environment (HSE) consultancy, aligning clients' physical spaces with their hybrid work strategies.
The result: self-service for employees and real-time visibility for facility and real estate teams.
“Our clients rely on us to embed technology directly into their mission-critical workflows—transforming physical workplaces, modernizing digital mail platforms, and stripping friction out of everyday operations," said Andrej Jonovic, Chief Executive Officer of XBP Global. "Hybrid work has made workplace management far more complex. Bringing our Smart Office suite together with CXAI's employee experience platform and Macro Group's facilities expertise gives clients one connected, real-time view of their workplace operations."
