PRESS RELEASE Redemp'on of the "Up to €150,000,000 Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes due 7 October 2026" bond (ISIN XS2377768366) Milan, 7 October 2026 – WIIT S.p.A. announces that the "Up to €150,000,000 Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes due 7 October 2026" bond (ISIN XS2377768366), maturing today, 7 October 2026, was fully redeemed today. The redempQon covered the residual outstanding nominal amount of Euro 135,371,000, plus interest accrued for the period. *** WIIT S.p.A.
