PRESS RELEASE Cancella'on of certain notes of the bond “Up to €150,000,000 Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes due 7 October 2026” (ISIN XS2377768366) Milan, 24 September 2026 – WIIT S.p.A. announces, in rela.on to the bond “Up to €150,000,000 Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes due 7 October 2026” (ISIN XS2377768366) (the “Notes”), that it has requested the cancella.on of notes – previously repurchased – with an aggregate nominal amount of Euro 14,629,000. Following the cancella.on, the nominal amount of the Notes is Euro 135,371,000. Please note that the Notes are scheduled to mature on 7 October 2026. *** WIIT S.p.A.
